真空爐根據不同使用溫度,可選擇不同的材質的加熱元件及保溫隔熱層,常用的加熱元件材質有耐熱鋼(Cr20Ni80),高純石墨,鉬及合金等,各材質使用的溫度范圍如下,除上述材質的選擇外,還需通過對長期使用條件下的能耗,穩定性等方面綜合考慮。
